"On May 21^st, 2010, I had realized a long-awaited dream of becoming a new home owner, after having been transferred to the beautiful community of Chilliwack, BC.

In my capacity as a public servant, relocating on a regular basis is the norm. The work is generally the same, but what keeps me grounded is having a place I can call “home”. It becomes my place of refuge and somewhere I can put my mind at ease from busy schedules.

Mark’s personality shone through on our first meeting, and I knew I had the right person to help me find the grounding I was looking for. Not only did he give me the room to peruse numerous properties, but he provided excellent insight throughout the process. The time on the clock was never a factor, my questions were promptly answered, whether they be text messages or emails. He was definitely not a Monday to Friday individual. This was much appreciated as my schedule was just as varied.

The personal touches he brought to my home search, such as the new address cards for me to mail out had a picture of the front of my new home along with my new address imprinted within, made this THE best realtor experience I have had in over 10 years of several postings and home searches.

If and when I have to move again, this class act will be very difficult to surpass.

"Mark is the best realtor that we’ve ever dealt with. He helped us purchase our home in Chilliwack which included going out of his way to show us around Chilliwack seeing we were from Saskatchewan. Then 2 years later, things changed and we decided to move back to Saskatchewan to be close to our family. Once again, we had Mark as our realtor and this time he went above and beyond our expectations to sell our house. We moved to Saskatchewan for our jobs and were not able to sell our house before leaving since the market fell..so we rented it out, once we relisted the house 10 months later, Mark did the walk through and gave us an update on the condition of the house that our tenant was living in as we could not make the trip from Saskatoon to look after these things. In the end, Mark collected the keys from the renter, did the walk through for us to make sure our tenant did their job cleaning and passed the keys on to the new buyer for us.
